We worked with the existing pre-war residence and constructed a humble yet elegant extension for a young family.

Our client sought quality over quantity, which allowed us to focus on creating a home that was comfortable to live in with refined, warm and textural details.

The spaces are playful, functional and built to provide a balance of privacy and connection to the community.
